WeldOne Oy on nyt osa Fergo-konsernia
WeldOne Oy on liittynyt osaksi Fergo-konsernia. Fergo Oy toimii konsernin emoyhtiönä ja sen omistaa kalajokinen sijoitus- ja kehitysyhtiö Andament Oy.
Yritysjärjestelyn tavoitteena on vahvistaa konserniyhtiöiden yhteistyötä, kilpailukykyä ja kasvuedellytyksiä. WeldOne jatkaa toimintaansa omalla nimellään, tutun henkilöstön voimin ja nykyisten yhteyshenkilöiden kanssa. Järjestely ei aiheuta muutoksia asiakassuhteisiin, vaan sopimukset ja päivittäinen yhteistyö jatkuvat normaalisti.
Fergo-konserni yhdistää Kalajoen Teräs Oy:n, Steel Group Pohjanmaa Oy:n ja WeldOne Oy:n osaamisen. Konsernirakenne vahvistaa yhtiöiden asiantuntemusta, resursseja ja toimituskykyä sekä luo entistä paremmat edellytykset asiakkaiden palvelemiseen myös tulevaisuudessa.

WeldOne Oy is now part of the Fergo Group
WeldOne Oy has joined the Fergo Group. Fergo Oy acts as the parent company of the group and is owned by Andament Oy, an investment and development company based in Kalajoki.
The objective of the corporate arrangement is to strengthen the cooperation, competitiveness, and growth potential of the group companies. WeldOne will continue operating under its own name, with its familiar personnel and current contact persons. The arrangement will not cause any changes to customer relationships; contracts and daily cooperation will continue as normal.
The Fergo Group combines the expertise of Kalajoen Teräs Oy, Steel Group Pohjanmaa Oy, and WeldOne Oy. The group structure strengthens the companies’ expertise, resources, and delivery capabilities, creating even better conditions for serving customers in the future.
