COMPANY
Established in 2010, WeldOne Oy is a modern engineering company operating in Kalajoki, Finland, and a member of the Fergo Group. We manufacture versatile structures from different steel grades and types (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, and acid-proof steel) as well as aluminium structures. We provide flexible on-site services for our customers throughout the Nordic countries. Everything we do is based on trust, a customer-oriented approach, and strong craftsmanship.
Our company employs around 20 professionals. Efficient operations are guaranteed by our 2,200-square-metre production facilities, our own wet painting shop, and a modern machine park.”

FABRICATION SERVICES
We produce high-quality steel products and load-bearing steel frames, whether engineered by our in-house design team or built to the customer’s exact drawings. Our 2,200 m² fabrication facility in Kalajoki is equipped for diverse industrial sheet metal work, piping, steel bridges, and highly wear-resistant custom products, such as marine ice buoys. Our clientele includes construction firms and operators in the steel, chemical, and mining sectors, alongside major organizations like SSAB, regional ELY Centres, and Ruukki Construction.
INSTALLATIONS IN CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENTS
INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
Careful installation guarantees the safe commissioning and smooth operation of fabricated equipment. Our experienced team knows industrial safety requirements inside out, and is fully equipped to work in active production environments as well as difficult field conditions. We offer scalable industrial maintenance tailored to your needs—from servicing a single machine to keeping a complete production line running.

PART OF THE FERGO GROUP
In August 2026, WeldOne Oy became part of the Fergo Group. Fergo Oy acts as the parent company of the group and is owned by the Finnish investment and development company Andament Oy.
The aim of this arrangement is to strengthen cooperation, competitiveness, and growth opportunities among the group companies. WeldOne will continue to operate under its own name, with the same familiar staff and current contact persons. The arrangement will not cause any changes to our customer relationships; all contracts and daily cooperation will continue as normal.
The Fergo Group combines the expertise of Kalajoen Teräs Oy, Steel Group Pohjanmaa Oy, and WeldOne Oy. The group structure strengthens the companies’ expertise, resources, and delivery capabilities, creating an even better foundation to serve our customers in the future.
